Special Tactics And Response was contracted to provide event security during a well known event over the weekend where in the past there were several alcohol involved incidents nearby the Hooters Restaurant. The manager said "I am surprised that there were no major arrests over the two (2) days. I think it had to do with your Officers being visible and addressing any questionable situations quickly."
